Reflect Your Agency Branding

Learn how to set up your agency branding in ProductDyno to reflect your brand in your agency customer emails. This quick video shows you how to enable branding options for owned and servicing customers or for both at the same time.

Quick Instructions:

• Go to the Agency section and click on the Settings tab.
• Enter your Agency Name and Agency Website details.
• Choose whether to enable branding for Owned customers, Servicing customers, or both.
• Servicing means managing the account without transferring ownership, while Owned refers to keeping ownership as you set up the account for a new customer. 
• Click the Save button to apply the changes and now your agency branding will appear in the footer of all customer emails automatically.
