Client Impersonation & Reports

This video explains how to use the one-click login feature in your ProductDyno Agency to log in and impersonate as your customers. This feature allows you to manage accounts and access their reports without any restrictions, making it easier to provide seamless support and account management.

Quick Instructions:

• Open the Agency section and click on the Customers tab.
• Locate the customer you want to log in as from the list.
• Click the login icon next to their name to instantly log in to their account.
• Once logged in, you can manage their account and view reports without any restrictions, as the user operates within your Agency.
