Easy Account Creation and Separation

This video explains how to add or invite customers into your ProductDyno Agency. It covers two ways to manage customer accounts—Servicing, for managing without transferring ownership, and Owned, for retaining ownership while setting up new accounts. The process includes inviting existing ProductDyno users via email or adding new customers manually, making account management quick and straightforward.


Quick Instructions:
  • Open the Agency section and click on the Customers tab.
  • Understand ownership types: Servicing for account management without ownership transfer and Owned for retaining ownership while setting up new accounts.
  • Click the ‘Add New Customer’ button.
  • To invite a customer (Servicing), select ‘Invite Customer’, enter their email (must already be registered with ProductDyno), and send the invitation. Once accepted, the customer is added as Servicing.
  • To add a customer manually (Owned), select ‘Add Customer,’ enter their name, email, and password, then choose a plan. Check ‘Send Welcome Email’ to include login details and click Save.
  • You can now easily access and manage customer accounts directly from the dashboard.
