Transfer Account Ownership

This video walks you through the steps to transfer account ownership to your customers in ProductDyno. It’s a simple process that allows your cusomters to fully manage their accounts themselves , and you can even charge an additional fee for ownership transfers to create an extra revenue stream, depending on your use case.

Quick Instructions:

• Go to the Agency section and click on the Customers tab.
• Locate the customer you want to transfer ownership to and click the transfer account ownership icon next to their name.
• Your customer will receive an email invitation with a link to approve or cancel the ownership transfer request.
• Clicking Accept finalizes the transfer, giving them full ownership of the account.
• After the transfer is accepted, you’ll no longer have access to manage their account under your agency.
