Bring Your Team Onboard
In this video, learn how to invite team members to your agency customers' accounts or in your own account inside ProductDyno. This feature allows you to manage access permissions and roles, ensuring seamless collaboration within customer accounts.
Quick Instructions:
- Go to the Agency section and click on the Customers tab.
- Log in to the customer account and navigate to the Team Members section.
- Click Invite Team Member and enter their name and email address.
- Assign access to all or specific products/collections and select permissions based on your requirements.
- Click Invite to send the invitation.
- The team member will appear as Pending until they accept the invite via email.
- Once accepted, they’ll receive their login credentials via email.
- You can also invite team members directly from your ProductDyno account, providing more flexibility and seamless collaboration.
